Youth Missions

We have now raised $602 in addition to what has been donated through this website. You still have time to donate! An update: Rene and Trevor will be going to Lake Charles, Louisiana. It was decided that the need there was greater than in Galveston. Lake Charles had never recovered from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita before Hurricane Ike hit. Larger cities, like New Orleans drew lots of volunteers, but Lake Charles was mostly forgotten. Rene and Trevor will help bring much-needed assistance to the folks there.

So far, in addition to the money collected through this site, we have received $332 towards our goal. We still have a long way to go! Please consider donating, even if it's a small amount - it all adds up!

As many of you know, our children have gladly given their time in service to people in need over the years. Cassondra has impacted lives in Mississippi helping with Hurricane Katrina cleanup, and in Guatemala, helping to build needed facilities for the children. Trevor and Rene have done service projects in Waco and Abilene, Texas.

This year, we have four children going. Cassondra will return to Guatemala again. Trevor and Rene will travel to the Gulf Coast to assist with Hurricane Ike relief, and Tony will serve on his first mission trip to the San Marcos area, also for Hurricane Ike relief.

Every dollar counts! We are a big family with children who have huge hearts. Their call is to serve. If you can help us in any small way, it will be greatly appreciated!
